In recent years the practice has specialized in small scale residential architecture. Projects have typically involved renovations and additions to single family houses in the City of Ottawa. In addition to conventional wood-frame construction, recent projects have involved ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) construction (new single family house project and a Victorian row house addition) and timber frame (Victorian farm house addition). The practice has made numerous successful building permit applications and applications for minor variance, secondary dwelling units and change of use.
